Charitable Trusts
Generous donors have established charitable trusts to provide operating income and equipment for the hospital/clinic.
Brannan Family Trust – Since 1974, the trust has paid out about $1 million to purchase equipment, provide medical education, and support operations of the hospital.
Ed F. and Jessie McGehee Estate – This trust fund is named in honor of Mr. McGehee (1895-1982) and Mrs. McGee (1896-1981). Projects paid for by the trust fund income are subject to approval by the Board of Love County Commissioners, which holds the trust for the benefit of the hospital.
C.C. Wilkins Estate – This trust fund is named in honor of Chester C. Wilkins (1891-1982). Projects paid for by the trust fund income are subject to approval by the Board of Love County Commissioners, which holds the trust for the benefit of the hospital.
The hospital/clinic is grateful to Southern Oklahoma Memorial Foundation for charitable grants to sustain hospital operations.
